ISO: 68 or 69 Firebird

Looking for a clean rolling chassis 68 or possibly a 69 Firebird.
Needs to have title in-hand ready to go.
Hard top with a full interior in decent shape at a minimum. Interior does not need to be factory.
If it's more than a rolling chassis, 3.8 or 4.1 is preferred.

Is that yard authorized to legally sell a vehicle with a title to be road worthy again? Didnt see on the site where the vehicle inventory is kept??
