Is it worth it

I have a 86 Ranger with a 289/c4 swap and im wonderig if it is worth keeping because ive been having some thoughts of getting rid of it.

Pros:
-Nice paint, not much rust only over the wheel wells.
-Good motor, decent power for near stock.
-Cheap insurance.
-New tires all around
-Gets nice complements and looks

Cons:
-Recent Trans linkage problems
-Slams into gear
- Blows blue smoke when idling and blows alot of black smoke when i get on it after a period of not flooring it.
-Crappy exhaust: cherry bombs 2 1/4 piping no H or X pipe and poorly welded.
-The heat smells like exhaust.
-Bad gas milage and no freeway driving.
-Brake booster just went out
-Alot of normal cars are able to keep up with me.

Probably have more but thats all i can think of. I need some decent feedback and im not looking for attention, just trying to see if im making the right decision. Was thinking if i sell this ill get me a V6 5-speed SHO.

youll be into some $$$ fixing a SHO... they arent cheap to maintain.

if youre asking on the standpoint of a quick car, im not sure what to tell you. with the market the way it is right now im not sure many people will fork out good money for a v8 ranger that needs a bunch of work
