Is it racist?

just watched the Tosh.O clip and actually, tosh is an idiot. What does language have to do with race? I know plenty of english speaking mexican and black people...I think making all black people take the test written in African would be racist though, haha
 
I don't think it is at all racist. Why should we have to bend the rules for the people that choose to move here ? It makes sense that you are able to communicate in the country you plan to live. I say if you don't like go back where you came from !!!!!!!
 
Would any of us expect to move to a foreign country with a language we don't understand, and expect to be given a driver's test written in English? I never had to check, but I'm sure it's quite unlikely.

I could just see the outrage... "What the fuck, maaaaann!? You think my names Kunta Kinte or somethin?!? Do I look like I hunt lions with a spear? Then why the fuck you think I know how to speak Swahili!?"
