Introduction/Project Car

New to the group, figured I would show what I drive since I see lots of mustang people on here. It's a 95 GT that I've had since 2007 (95k miles), was bone stock (minus shifter and 3.73" gear) up until this spring. Now it's basically a 95 cobra under the hood. Pulled everything out and down to a shortblock. Didn't rebuild the motor because it was in great shape and I plan on replacing it with something else someday. I had my trans redone by Liberty (awesome shop) as well. I've always wanted a 03-04 cobra, but since I can't afford one, I am going the poor mans route and am making my own version of one. I'm hoping to get a 96-98 cobra hood and 94-98 front bumper someday, but it will not be a poser cobra for those that hate on them (no cobra badges, only svt items are on my center caps). I did commit a crime and swapped the horizontal taillights with verticals, but that's just because I like them better. I am likely adding a kenne bell sc this winter. Sounds ridiculous, but I love the sound of a twin screw blower. It's just a street car, and I know there are better blowers out there, but this is what I want. As you can see, I've got some suspension work to do this winter as well, she runs a little high!

Thanks a lot! She is a fun car. Needs a tune (dang 94-95 computers), but I've got it running decent with only minor idle issues. Saving my tune budget until I put a blower on it. I was going for stock sleeper but the long tubes killed that idea, way loud now.

Thanks again. I gathered parts from October - March last year, starting to do the same. I've got a set of 03 cobra front control arms and sway bar. Need to find a good set of springs, cc plates, and a set of good rear control arms. I will probably post up some more pics from this past winter, it was a huge project. For you married guys out there, you'd be shocked to know that my wife convinced me not to sell the car and to start working on cars again. Bet she wishes she hadn't now!!

both cars I used them on went together easy as pie. I purchased k member and A arms for the front, and the whole rear kit for stock suspension placement on both.
