hey guys whats up, been on the site for a while now just dont post much, anyways i never introduced my car or myself on here.. anyways a little about the car. i purchased it 2 years ago after high school, it was a dream car to have a black TA, i wanted a LS1 but could afford a LT1 at the moment(not many people know that.. hope i aint banned from the lt1 guys ;)) lol any ways i have always grown up around cars, my dad is a pretty big grease monkey lol.. he has a 66 chevelle that i swear he loves more than me.. but now that i own a car i understand.. he has owned it for 20+ years used to be a sb now its a 427 or 433 if you want to get technical lol.. it runs pretty good for a 3800 lb car and the motor has been together for 15 years with about 200+ track passes on it.. anyways we pulled it out this winter, it needs to be freshened up.. we also have a 64&1/2 mustang as well that we did a complete restoration on.. its just a cruiser, actually has the stock 289 in her still.. anyways enough about my family's cars now time for my baby lol
its a 1997 Pontiac Trans Am like i said i bought it right out of high school, went to pick it up in flushing and was a experience getting it home(drove a stick once prior to this and it was around a parking lot) so needless to say a aftermarket clutch and a pro 5.0 shifter made it more challenging.. but i remember around the first corner of purchasing i stabbed the car and got the biggest smile EVER i couldnt believe that i had something this fast(13.6) at the time haha it just had minor bolt ons.. full exhaust cia ect.. anyways less than a month went by and i wanted more speed lol so installed some gears and other small crap.. still wasnt enough, so put some spray on it and blew up the rear end at the track. MT's and 10 bolt=fail. lol so i decided to pull the motor last winter and do a mild build.. so now its a h/c/i lt1 and love it.. drove it all last summer did some racing and am hooked!! so thats alittle bit about me and my car, if you see a bunch of post from me.. sorry i was trying to get my count up so i can sell my rims lol.. dont hate me to bad..didn't mean to offend any one.. here are some pics of her..

That's because of the little red dot under your name. ;)

Looks like a real nice car. Welcome to Motown! And as stated before, good thing you made an intro, cuz the radar was going off for sure. As long as you mean well to the brotherhood you won't get bashed on to bad.

EDIT - Got anymore info on the ~65/66 coupe?

The other guys already hit the nail on the head.

Good you finally made a nice intro giving your background. Certainly have some pretty rides, and it's always good to show those off. Welcome to the community!
