internet help !!!

Use wifi analyzer on your phone and see what your wireless band is. May need to change it if you have too much on one. I was getting absolute shit for speed when I should be getting 100 mbps+. Changed the band my Wireless was at and went from barely getting 3 to getting over 60 wirelessly

yes I rent it , no phone line

I get same results if its plugged if directly to my modem or router , slow speeds and a waiting for website to respond .... the waiting for website to respond is the biggest PITA , usualy I can restart the page and it will kick on but sometimes I actually have to close out the browser and re-open it

Just saw this. it's a line issue or a modem issue.

Wonder if cable line outside is cut somewhere? happened to me last year. Contractors working next door were working in yard and spliced my line. Wow came out and dropped a new line

Squirrels love to chew the lines.. it allows water in, and horrible ingress/egress. Any pixelization on the TVs?

I have the same service, same issue, and nothing fixes it.

Had the outside line reran, inside lines restrung, new modem, new router, updated IP address/signal, tried multiple devices to see if it was the computer.

It's wowway, no other possibility.

switch to comcast.. might have better luck. I know bang for your buck for the internet speeds, wow can't even compare to comcast.
