Its a concrete parking lot with 3 white Camaro's parked next to a building. All of them have their hoods open, or as the brits say, their bonnets, and they all seem to be prepped for badassness.

The Camaros are shipped from dearborn (IIRC) to Oxford to get the COPO race package added to them.
