intalling a motor plate In a fox

How come people don`t use the aje k-member and there th350 cross member ? Thats what i did and everything works great. I spent about $450 and no headackes LoL. But the kooks headers where pricey. $800 shipped but bolted right in no problems.

The reason I choose this way it the cost.......all I will have in it in the end is about $200 and a giagantic headache .
 
LoL..............I think more like 8-10 giagantic headaches and 4 stumic aches and your going to be missing some hair:) OOHHH and i bolted the k-member, rack. crossmember, kooks race headers and exhust with dumps in about 1 and a half or 2 hours and i`m almost ready to rock. I just got to find someone to do a cage.

haha you can buy the 8 point and put it in your self....but its a headache...... Contanct PacecarBBC he has done some very nice cages.
 
all those headaches and bullshit to put a shitty ass chevy motor in a mustang, should have just done it right and put a ford in there would have been faster and cooler anyways...

yeah I only have 3/4 of a ford motor and busted trans if i stayed with it i would not be out for over another year....lol I am really not fast or cool anyways so I dont have to worry about that.

well you have to get a trans anyways for your new motor, converter, driveshaft, headers, exhaust and a motor itself, fab it all up with motor plates and shit.. way less time, effort, and headaches to put a ford motor back in it... :_slide_:

lol had I not got the motor mounts off you would be right.......effort, time & headaches is all i have i had a trans & headers ill make work % exhaust

Naaa way cooler to pop the hood and have a vett motor sittin there:) and a piece of cake to do. No headaches yet but i got one coming soon when i start hooking up this lt1 engine harness and trying to make the car go veroom
I already had the motor and always liked the notchbacks and just picked one up over the summer.
