Have you had one put in? If so what type and how
much? I'm aiming towards the liner type with aluminum walls
So I can do some of the work myself and hopefully save a few bucks.
What do you think.

i think i just bought one that i had to tear down and will never do that agian but it had a deep end and im not looking foward to putting it back up

Yeah I've been seeing those a lot on craigslist but the wife has her mind set on an inground.
Plus I can only imagine the pain it would be to tear down one that's been up for a while just to turn
Around and put it back up! Good luck

My father in law has a big ass one. I would never ever ever in a million years own one unless it came with a hot nude poolgirl.

And before Trunk corrects it for accuracy, don't be fooled by his desire to live vicariously through me.

yep and i have four kids begging everyday to get it set up,have to borrow my friends back hoe,get top soil and sand brought in,bought a $700 new liner.only good note is i will have a $6700 dough boy set up and done with a wrap around deck for $2000

We have a doughboy above ground that we sunk inground. It has been the best money we spent for the last 4 years. My girls love it. I dont think the guys we had put it in are still in business though? "the pool guys". I think I paid around 5,000 that included the filter, heater, steps and slide, they dug the hole and set it up. Ours will be for sale if your interested, we are not taking it with us when we move. :(
