For the 1000th time. Business is slow and I need something to pump me up. I know Al loves this movie.

My Top 5 sales movies

1.Glengarry Glen Ross

2.Boiler Room

3.Tin Men

4.Wall Street

5.Used Cars.

My only problem with Boiler Room is that it's transparently obvious the writer/director was Jewish and has no idea people don't know WTF "kessef" is. I had to put on the subtitles and look that shit up on the internet.

Better style than substance...

I havent seen Boiler Room...i'l have to check it out...out doing door 2 door Friday! Maybe i'll get inspired!

Never saw any of them.

On a serious note, if you want to watch one of these on quality, Wall Street is a vastly superior film to Boiler Room. BR is entertaining, but it's nowhere close to Wall Street. Sheen and Douglas = the good.

Greg: Don't you have a canoli you can stick in your mouth?
Chris: Don't you have a menorah you could shove up your ass?

I hope this is better than the last batch of dog shit you gave me. You produce more wood than Ron Jeremy. I don't want you to yell, "Reco!" anymore. You know what you should yell? "Timber!" Yeah, Mr. Fuckin' wood. I hear you fuckin' makin' your calls. It's bullshit, all right? I mean if you want them off the phone so bad, why don't you just hang up?

When was the last time you closed something huh? You couldn't close a fuckin' window, you moron!

And one of the best lines of the movie...

Ben Allick: You Want details? Fine. I drive a Ferrari, 355 Cabriolet, What's up? I have a ridiculous house in the South Fork. I have every toy you could possibly imagine. And best of all kids, I am liquid.

Fuck it, wifey and daughter aren't home. I'm going and putting my Boiler Room DVD on right now!!

Parents don't like the life you lead? 'Fuck you, Mom and Dad.' See how it feels when you're makin' their fuckin' Lexus payments.

I JUST finished watching it. :D Wanna know one of the best parts of the movie? The amount of times my employer (JPMorgan) was mentioned in it. (as a LEGIT broker, not cooked like "JT Marlin.")

:D

And just for good measure, here are some more of my favorite quotes from that movie...

Pick up your skirt, grab your balls, and lets make some money!

What do you mean, you're gonna pass. Alan, the only people making money passing are NFL quarterbacks and I don't see a number on your back.

Anybody who tells you money is the root of all evil doesn't fucking have any.

They say money can't buy happiness? Look at the fucking smile on my face. Ear to ear, baby.
