Talked to 2 other lots so far, plus Carm/Jim on combining lots together and still coming up short guys on something that meets our needs. If you know of a lot, want to look for a lot, or use the previous lot I need to hear from you. Just under a month out and i wanna get this taken care of. My work/life schedule is a tad busy right now as I"m getting married the Sat. before the cruise so this is a ask for help. We can always use the old lot if you guys would like, just need to hear from you.

I'll help anyway I can... Just let me know how...

Know of any other property owners along woodward that are farther north? You've always been helpful with anything I needed in the past, appreciate it.

Our lot rules...usually sells out completely, right? .unless you have a lead on a pontiac lot with burnout approval by city permit. I have some hoosiers to finish off.

Last year no because of the late start but a ton of people like Sean/Anthony/etc all chipped more in so that we'd be closer to the payment and I paid the difference out of my pocket. This year we could pack it easily with enough time and avoid that again.

Too late to change it now... Stick to this lot for one more time then next year let's nail something down... Last thing we need is to be stuck without a lot...

I'll buy a few spots that I will never use, so where ever the lot is going to be let me know.

agreed, but might be a good idea to start looking into a lot this fall for next year

There's nothing wrong with the current lot. Plenty of room. Not a lot of idiots (myself excluded)

We can't have cmywang paying out of pocket for the lot. That's some bullshit. I'll cover more than 2 spots if needed. Or raffle off the front row spots.
Bring food and donate $10 per person to eat. Let's call club sponsors, see if they want to donate parts or services to a raffle on line, winners picked at Woodward on Saturday night. Must be present to win or have your car parked there or some stipulations like that. Fuck, I'm not a sponsor but I'll come up with something to donate to the raffle.
Sponsors can put up ezups or banners. Was cool as hell having Sean and the autobike posse there last year.

How much are spots? Motown has been good to me and I appreciate all the business. I will buy some spots to help out and someone else can park there if need be.

Sounds like most of you are good with the old place. I'll reach out to the lot owner and see how much he tries to raise the price on me since he jacked it up 600 last year i believe over what we'd paid in the past years. With us being over a month out, i'm sure we can fill the spots much easier than last year.

Just sent an email to the lot owner we've used for years. He's an "interesting" character, i'll update you guys with his response/final pricing. It may take a bit as he tried raising it 800 last year over the past years, then went down 400 dollars then hounded us day of to collect the cash. Lot has 41 spots total that are parkable, we'll look at only filling 40ish and break down pricing afterward. Hopefully the porta potty will be on the right side of the lot this year lol.
