I hear from Carol that some dumb ass at the title company forgot to get what they needed when you sold your house in Allen park. Even though im not sure who caused the promblem, I made a call to the title company for you to try and find out what happend. Its crazy that selling the house was the hard part, 9 times out of 10, buying one and the mortgage is the pain in the ass. If there anything I can do to help, call me right away.
