I just want my car fixed!!!!

So my accident last week is turning into a nightmare. Its not like the car is totalled. I only need two new doors. The estimate isnt even over $2000. But being poor, I cant afford the damn deductible and with the stupid Mini Torte, I only get $500. Maybe. If HER freakin insurance company doesnt fight it. Then I find out that the police report isnt correct, and says that my car was moving, when in fact, it wasnt. So, I called my attorney, and he suggested that I lied to the insurance co. and tell them my car was in park. Then he says that if I find a crooked body shop, just have them write the estimate for $500 over, to cover the rest of the deductible. That makes me think..... my car is an automatic. But had it been a stick, and I was at a complete stop.... technically, wouldnt that mean that the car was in park?

Anyone know how hard it is to get a police report changed??? I didnt lie to him. He fabricated it. Not me. I hate insurance bullshit. Either way, Imma have to pay for something that I didnt do, and that pisses me off more than anything right now.
 
A lot of body shops will pay your deductible. Just find one of those. At least find one that will "split" it with you.

I called them... See, the problem is dealing with dumb ass small town police stations. They dont like to admit one of their officers messed up. Thats what I get for living in a hick town in the middle of a corn field. After breaking it down barney style for the fat fuck, he finally changed it.
 
sounds sumtin like what happened when i wrecked my first camaro, police screwed me and didnt bother to check and see if the bitch in the neon was speeding, she WAS 3 blocks away when i started into the intersection, then WHAM, i had a fucked up car

If you were in the car its not parked, even if it was in park, that the way Michigans law works, they did that so they could bust the drunks sleeping in their cars in bar parking lots. if its running its moving in the eyes of the law
