I decided to add dead lifting

Decided to step up to the plate and add dead lifting to my workout routine. It all went pretty well. my lower back is a bit sore but i think its cause i lifted so much the muscle is swole and it's growing like a mofo.

I wear dickies and steel toes when i train, but then again i lost the popularity contest along time ago.

90_notch: Your lower back hurts because your lifting with your lower back (which is wrong). You have to keep your chest and torso out in front of your hips. Deadlifting is a controlled movement, the jerking is scary. Please GO FUCKING LIGHTER, learn the form, then blast the weight.

I wouldn't never lift like that and besides he's lifting WAY more than i could ever lift. :roll:

That was only 275, and I can only watch that once cause that dude got FUCKED UP!!

makes me cringe......I thing from now on when your doing those heavy BP i'll just hold the bar. Or you hold the bar for me if that fell on my neck....ouch!!
