yeah, the diavel is a bad ass machine. I keep trying to convince myself that I dont need one, but I dont know how long Ill be able to hold out. the performance numbers on it are wicked. Id just get the regular one though, the carbon is only like 5 lbs lighter but costs an extra $3k

wow that does look pretty darn good. never liked the naked bikes, I think this is the first one i've actually liked

Not being a bike guy - What do people mean when you say "naked" bikes?

No/limited fairings that cover the motor and so on.

EDIT - That is a beautiul bike too, I'm still waiting for the day I can afford an FZ6. I've wanted one of them since they came out.

I know I'm gonna take some heat for this, but it kind of reminds me of a V-rod.

Yeah, and a Camaro kinda reminds me of a Mustang. JK.

I love the Diavel! I also like the V-Rod. I'd rock either one! The Diavel looks like another muscle cruiser but it's the best performer of the bunch. It's the quickest Ducati they make now. 10.3 quarter I read. And it's lighter than it looks.

From what I have read, that's not an accident. One of the bike mags I grabbed before jumping on a plane did a pretty long review of it. Like cjmatt said, +$3k for 5# less weight is a steep price. I can crap 5# (and keep it off) for less $$.

Seeing as how I am too cheap to shop for cars over $10k, I'll have to wait a bit.
