I have a 98 f-150 with a 4.2L v6 engine that is hydo-locked. Do i need to rebuild the whole thing or is it possible to fix it in the truck? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I bought the truck as is so im not sure how it happened. I believe the timing cover gasket failed.
Pulled out the plugs on the drivers side today.....second one the Ground electrode was bent over and ice was built up in the plug. The other 2 looked ok.
