Purchased this from Art Van a little over a year ago for $2,400.It measures 10' from one end to corner , and the other is 12' from edge to corner.All 4 corners have recliners, has a console to store remotes and cup holders.It is very comfortable, but also pretty big.It wont fit in our new home so I need to sell it and down size.Asking $1,500 o.b.o from motown.I have it on craigslist for more then that.Give me your email address if you want to see some pics of it.Located just out side of Port Huron.Thanks
