How long would you wait before cintesting a Credit Card Charge on an ebay item?

1 week ago i bought a Blower for my fireplace (buy it now) on ebay. Paid with Paypal via Credit card. I have sent 3 messgaes to the seeler and have'nt gotten 1 reply.

How long should I wait before calling the credit card company and getting them involved?
 
You can file with paypal same day if you want, what's the item number?
Does the seller's account look shady?
 
You bought it Sunday, Monday was a holiday, the earliest he could have shipped it was Tue, TX is 3 to 4 business days away from us via UPS ground.
Assuming the guy just doesn't live on his computer and took a day or two to get it to UPS you should give him until Wed for it to show up.
If you don't see it by end of business wed file a paypal dispute for non receipt.
You also might want to pull his ebay contact info and give him a call, ask him what's up.
If you get a wrong number or disconnected number file the non receipt claim today.
 
1 week isnt much, but you should get his phone number so you can call him. Some people just dont ship that often, they wait until they have 3 or 4 items before they take them to UPS. 2 weeks with no contact, reverse the charges
 
Hell, I've been fighting to get $25 back from an asshole on eBay for over a year. It's getting to the point where I'm about to try and find someone down in southern ohio who wants to swing by their residence and help me out!
 
Speaking of that - anyone want to call her or her father and bull shit them, telling them you represent me or something, haha... She's pissed me off with her lies...

Ive seen people post the offenders address, phone numbers and email addresses on various sights with an explanation of the problem, might not get your money, but it sure keeps them busy.

hmm, maybe I should give the number to all of you then... They're real rednecks it sounds like. They're so far south in Ohio they are literally on the border of W.V.
 
Quick status. Today after trying to contact the seller via the phone number they have listed with ebay and gettingw rong number. I started the dispute process with paypal. Those who have never done it thye make you 1st try to get communication going thru thier system. By sending your complaint to the seller. Well a couple hours after doing this I get an email and all it says is 1Z 7A9 Y33 03 9041 978 7 Not who it's shipped thru etc, that god I know my way around the internet. it's ups and the current status is billing info recieved so she just sent it today... Oh well as long as I get it...
