Looks like a W-body GM frame/drivetrain with some aftermarket body over it (common with Rolls Royces/Bentley's, I've seen more than a few). Doesnt look driveable though.


Big wheels are ghey and I cant wait untill that fad passes just like ricers are slowly passing.
