how do i download a video on here????

how do i post a video? i have it burned on a dvd now i need to learn how to download it.....please in idiot terms im not good with computers at all!

(LOL) but I am serious, a lot easier and faster then trying to explain, esp if it is a large file (which I am sure it is)
