Considering moving, but not too thrilled with the whole sale process. Do you think it would be difficult to sell a house with 5 cars of garage space in Clinton Township?
 
is it all attached or a seperate building? If its a seperate building plan on getting zero money for it, unless you find another car guy

Depends on the price,
Depends on the condition,
Depends on how it is presented (marketed).

Most any thing can & will sell. Its simply a
matter of time & price & how the above is
performed.
 
How long ago did you buy it? A buddy of mine just sold one like that about 2 years ago, curious if it was his. Either way, took him a little while but eventually got a deal he was content with.

We've been here for 7 years. The front two car is attached, and the rear garage is about 30 feet behind it. The house is in great shape, but I am hoping the garage set up makes it more marketable.

The house is on Moravian, between Millar and Harrington. I would like to get as much as possible, and this is not a foreclosure or short sale. The house is getting appraised this week and we will go from there. If you are interested, send me a PM and I will send you more info when its available.
