I have an 04 Tahoe Z71 that's almost identical to that one, and more miles, and I wouldn't sell it for 2x that price... and mine has more rust!
Make sure you do a thorough vehicle history check. Too good to be true IMO.

I'm still on the fence. It's been such a good truck I hate to get rid of it, but it sits all summer because I mostly drive my Imperial. If I decide to sell I'll let you know. It's an 02 Yukon XL, fully loaded, 171k, very well maintained. (I even bleed the brakes once a year)
