One of the used car salesman at my dealership told me an old guy had bought a car from him nearly 5 years ago, well the old guy gave him 5k down on this car, the salesman was reallllly busy that day and got interupted in the sale qwite a bit.
Well the guy ends up signing papers ect.... the guy takes delivery of his car ect.. takes off. Well come time to turn in the money into the accounting dept. he cant find the 5k, he searches and searches and kind find it. Calls the guy and asks him and the guy tells him he set it on his desk ect... still nothing so someone nabbed it from the envelope. Well that 5k the salesman has had to pay outta of his paycheck forever. Same old guy came back in wanting to get a newer style car comes in and goes to his desk and gives him an envelope and tells our salesman that he apologizes for everything.
Behold is 5k in an envelope, the guy said he had never cleaned under the seat and the envelope slipped under there and discovered it the other day when he was making sure all his belongings where outta of the car so he could turn it in and get another. He came back and bought another car from the same salesman.

HONEST PEOPLE STILL DO EXSIST!

So how long was 5 grand chilling under his seat for? I clean my drivers at least twice a year, and that includes removing the seats
 
I've gotten jammed a couple times on COD, but not that much. I don't know if I'd want to punch the old man or thank him :lol:

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's been there for nearly 5 years since he bought the car:icon_wink

well at least the salesman gets to keep the 5K cash since ia m sure he has finished paying off the 5K through his paychecks!
