Some friends of ours are sadly moving/work transferring to Chicago..their employer bought the home so they could move asap so I'm sure the first decent offer will take it. They just dumped big money into renovations last year, killer back patio, and a 2 car detatched wired for a 220 welder/heat.. great neighborhood and many great neighbors. 8 minute walk to michigan ave restaurant/bars/shops.
