Ho hum, coming back to Michigan...

Been over in Wisconsin since January. Went out there for a job, ended up losing that so I'm finishing up the school semester and coming back this week. Sure do miss Michigan, the suburbanite douches around Milwaukee annoy the hell out of me!

Bought a Mustang and then had to sell it:

That was a fun car, no a/c, power steering, or emissions. Full exhaust. :(

So now I'm gonna be carless and hanging around Lapeer until I can buy a beater. Looking in the $500 range.

Also have some Eibach springs to sell:

ANYwhore, just saying hi. I see the board's grown quite a bit since I was last around.

DON'T DO IT! You've already done the hard part........actually leaving this state. Don't make the mistake and come back. I wish I had the balls to pack up and move out of state.

Heh, I'll probably come back here in the fall for school. I just have a horrible time meeting people that I actually want to talk to here, so I'm gonna come back and chill with my friends for the summer and then figure out what I want to do.

After checking out the job market online looking at sites like Monster, I narrowed my choices down to...

Tampa, FL

I decided on Tampa (Lakeland) over Atlanta simply because I had someone who allowed me to stay with them. Atlanta and Tampa were both good for adjusting so I can always fall back on Atlanta if I had to.

Make a list, and do your city searching now. If you go back to the Detroit area, you won't leave. Use the summer to get yourself moved between semesters and get a job, a place to live. I'll never move back to Detroit. I'll visit, but never move back.
 
if you come back our government will find a way to extort money out of your ass till your poorer then ray charles with no hands.
 
lol, yeah I'm very much aware that Michigan is not a place to start a family or find a career. I'm just coming back, gonna find a shitty job to put some money in my pocket, and then get out again.

You can find a shitty job to put some money in your pocket in Milwaukee, St. Louis, Atlanta, Denver, etc., etc.
