Seriously? Not a down river person... and not familiar with that cruise at all... I was reading up on it yesterday ... looks like a great cruise.
Was this closed because of covid or not enough police or>??

Hines is a natural flood plain ... sadly fridays rain storm did in this years cruise ...
What's really nice about the Hines Park cruise is (NO ) late model cars are allowed ... That's Right NO Hell Kittys ... 2021 mustangs ... Teslas...Harleys.... Rice Rockets ...and especially NO mini vans
rules for entry , the car has to be at least 25 years old (aka) qualify for antique plates or year of make plate (authentic) so in other words ,you wanna bring a 95 Tempo or Bubble Caprice Your Cool
Burn Outs are frowned upon reving engines ... is ok ... No Sunday Funday doughnuts
No Beer Tents ...Gigantic Corporate displays

Yea, Hines is the only true cruise in my opinion since they shut down to everyday traffic. Sucks this year, Finally had my car plated and ready to go last week after 6 years in the garage. Oh well always next year.
