High mileage Mach 1, any issues with these

Looking at picking up another Mach 1, 03 5 speed with 160k miles. Guy is asking 5700 but is willing to take less. Any issues with these motors and the high of miles

Piston slap on higher mileage engines at cold start.

Timing chains and guides are close to end of life. Check the heads for a "blue stripe" on the intake port side. This will indicate 9 thread spark plug TSB revised heads. The more common 4 thread tend to let the plugs fly out. It should have the 9 thread heads. Other than that, spun bearings are common from people beating on them.
