347 with 2turbos edelbrock heads what injectors should i use i bought 83# trick flow but was told they would burn up my ecm do to low impedence:headscrat

I do not have experence with these, but i would guess that maybe someone is talking out of a bad experence. Id imagine a trick flow injector with the proper flow numbers would be fine.

you need a low impedance injector driver to run low impedance injectors. you cannot simply plug them in and go.

as for if they will handle the power, that an entirely different story. right off the bat Id say go with a bigger injector because ive seen 347 twin turbo cars make 1000rwhp and im not thinking 83# injectors will cut it.

GOod to know, thanks!!

According to this quick calculator for the following:

http://www.rceng.com/technical.aspx

Desired HP: 1000
BSFC: .65 (on high side b/c of turbo)
Duty cycle: 85%
Fuel pressure: 43.5psi

Calc'd Injector size is 96Lb/Hr or 1000CC/min

If you up the duty cycle to 90% and 46psi fuel pressure you'd get:
86Lb/hr or 923CC/min

Good luck,
T.C.

Edit: Yes you will need an injector driver unless you have an aftermarket system like BSIII or FAST.

Stock ECM and big injectors even with a driver module equals collosal fialure. I'd recomend buying good management.
