help with painless efi foxbody harness

Hello,
My car is 88 foxbody 302 the stock harness is completely ruined form computer to motor.
I just got the painless efi engine harness for foxbody's and I'm ready to put it in but it doesn't have the 2 plugs for the headlights and turn signals/ body harness. If anyone has used one of these how did you hook up the headlights/ turn signals?

I have the connectors on the stock harness but the painless harness doesn't. It looks like the Ford racing doesn't come with them eather. So what I want to know is there a way to get the headlights/turn signals to work? I don't have the money to get a chassis harness nor do I want to put 1 in.
 
Ah ok, can you remove that section of wire for the lights from your old harness and just overlay it into the Painless harness, or is that part of the factory harness pretty bad too?
 
I was thinking that but the wires jump into other plugs on the stock one that are not on the painless harness
