Help on installing racing seats and harness.

I was wondering what the best way to install either alluminum or plastic racing seats is and what the best way to install a 5 point harness is. I have a 8 point cage in the car right now. Any help from people that have done this would be great....thanks.

there is a rule about how low your harnesses attach to your crossbeam on the cage that runs behind your seats. i cant remember what it is exactly but from my understanding the higher the better in terms of safty. it should be about your shoulders from what i have been told. youll have to grab the rule book and give it a read. other than that, good luck with it. i hated putitng my seats in. made custom brakes and all. it was no fun.
