Update, replaced slave, trans is still messed up!!!
I have a 95 cyl 5 speed ranger. Was driving the other day WOT on snow unitl I hit ice and tires grabed. Since then while the car is running it only stays in whatever gear it started in, while running I cannot change gears or get into neutral. Seems like the clutch is always engaged. The pedal is really soft until it nearly bottoms out then it acts normal. I opened up the hydralic fluid resivor and it was empty so I filled it and bleed it like crazy. Never stopped bubbleing. Now I don't know what to do. What could be broken?
The old slave looked and sounded like it leaked but the new one is in and everythning is the same. I bleed aboutabout 1/3 bottle of dot 3 through it.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
