I just wanted to take a sec to say hello... Joe posted one of our clips on this forum which turned me on to this site, and I have to say that this is a very cool forum! It's good to see there is still tons of muscle car action and enthusiasm in Detroit! The Grudge Race sounds killer. These things are meant to be driven!

You know, we have shops here in MI that are similar to Rad Rides by Troy.
Check out some of our sponsors, there's some cool cars coming out of those shops that might spark your interest. ;)
 
I'd love to head up there and shoot at some of those shops... we'll have to plan a trip up there sometime!
 
I've been to Woodward a couple times... in fact, the last was when the lights went out! It's a great time, but pretty chaotic to try to shoot cars and stuff. I'd like to schedule a trip when there's more time to check stuff out.

Autorama is always cool.
 
Welcome! If you want to shoot Woodward plan to be up here the whole week beforehand. You will not regret it! It is packed EVERY night!
 
Woodward is such an animal that you'd need about a zillion cameras and 2 zillion dollars to cover it all... and it's getting to be like SEMA, where there are more cameras than cars! In all reality, I'd rather bring a car to Woodward and enjoy the event at least once without shooting it... you know, take in the experience like everyone cruising does. Have a few beers and a good time.

I know there are tons of shops and killer cars to shoot that are not being covered by all the other media outlets. I think it would be cool to shoot at those places and show the world a little more of the Detroit scene!
