My brother ordered the kit for his wife's 2011 F150 XLT, cloth seats, crew cab. He was going to do it then got cold feet. A shop around A2 wanted $250 to do it?

He's willing to pay someone, just not get raped on it, anyone got any recommendations? he works right by Varsity Ford off Jackson and Liberty area. :icon_roll

$125 to remove a seat, pull off the cover, wire the switch, reinstall the cover and reinstall the seat seams pretty reasonable. I dont see anyone doing it for under $200. Plus I bet they have done a ton of them. I would just pay to make sure my seat doesnt get ripped or messed up.

Okay, I guess. I just feel bad having him spend that much $$ when I know he and I could do it in an afternoon if we found the time. Thanks guys.

What's with the :icon_roll ?

The seat covers are SUPER easy to remove. Its similar to putting a fitted bed sheet on but itll have some clips to hold the cover in place (if its anything like most other seats...)

The hard part is the wiring. And if they have to calibrate the pass side seat for the airbag/occupant weight sensor etc.
