Health food freaks....... need input..

Whats a good late night snack? I eat my last meal around 6ish after the gym and Im hungry again by 10. when I go to bed. My body is working overitme right now and I need something to calm my stomach so I dont wake up at 2 a.m. a hungry fool.
 
Cottage cheese
A few almonds
Cottage cheese with some chopped up almonds.
Can of white albacore tuna fish
Chicken breast or two (dry seasoning! No BBQ sauce, honey, etc!)

4. at 10 p.m., ive eaten enough chicken for the day. I think my chest hair is turning into feathers.

I just downed a shake hopefully it will help me tonight. I love me some pb&j, infact my cheat day was monday and I made my self a triple decker!!!

I agree with Al on the almonds part. Eat like a 1/3 cup or so, should do the trick.

Yogurt (just wait for it to settle before laying down).

(carb-and-protein mix) Ok Leave the Jelly out of the mix, 1 slice of Wheat bread with Peanut butter, and I like my Red or Blue Power Aid!

gee thanks. Yes, hours at work, and fast food finally caught up to me.

im sure if I only did cardio and geared my diet towards just losing weight I would be down to the 200 range, but with lifting I imagine I am gaining muscleback that i lost from before. I do look alot leaner and I am down over 2 inches off my waist.
 
I'm about to go to sleep, I'm probably going to run and get some taco bell and a mountain dew as a bed time snack.
