Headers What to buy ?

Im looking at headers for my truck

2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD 6.0 gas

I wanna do them now while its still young and the manifold bolts will come out.. I'm hoping that aftermarket headers wont have the issue with the bolt heads popping off like the OEM manifolds do.. plus the mild performance gain is nice too, :cunniling

Edelbrock is withing my price range but they offer them in ceramic and this Ti-tech coating ? I dont want rusty headers on my truck in a few yrs. which coating holds up the best ??

also what should i be looking for as far as flange thickness and primary size etc ?

its the stock bolts that are the reason for them breaking, not the manifolds

I thought it had to do with the manifolds expanding too much ?

if the factory bolts didn't neck down like they do, they wouldn't break, they have used cast and steel manifolds for a long time on alum. heads, rarely had an issue......

good to know.. now is the performance gain with the headers worth it ? or am i going to be constantly fighting loose bolts and rusty headers ?
