head light wont work

so i got the capri runnin after a long stint in the garage,and now my head light wont come on high beams worked for a few days and now nothing,they work when u high low the blinker switch but thats it ,i changed the blinker switch with a new one from o reilys
 
My 88 has a similar problem, i just move the blinker are forward
and mine always come on though, i thought it was just a bad blinker arm, but
now i think i'll check my grounds.
