HARWOOD COWL INDUCTION scoop

what is the proper way to do this, i have a aluminum hood and want to put a fiberglas cowl induction scoop on it,AND i want it to last!do i glue,rivet,duraglass and call it GOOD!any good tips on the whole prosess?

preaty musch no matter what you do it will end up cracking. you can use 3m 8115 pannal glue to atach it, then use evercoat fibertech before you bondo it and it will hold up for awhile.

should i also rivet?

you can to help hold the scoop in place while the 8115 dries. but remove them before you bondo to have a more level surface.
