I.E., there are 6.75', 7", 8" one for SBCs

I would go with the bggest dampner you can get. Unless you are spinning the shit out of it then I would go the other way.

its the one for my buddy, might see a rare 7000 pull, but normally well under that, think the bigger one is still best?
