Gymkhana 8

Normally you can see all the marks from all the other takes and practice runs. Some of that appears to have been on virgin pavement (no prior marks). That's impressive to me.

Dude has some serious car control skill there.

These videos are starting to get a bit stale to me, it seems like they're all too much alike. How many times are we going to do donuts around something slowly rolling and expect people to still be entertained.

If you like the Gymkhana videos, check these out. I find these ones with trucks, bikes, and ATVs more entertaining, not to take anything away from KB and his skill level.

So I wonder what it takes to get streets closed for filming in Dubai? Tons of cash? A reasonable amount (by U.S. standards)? Just curious.

I'm going to guess they just make it happen and that they invited Ken to come do it to help promote the city. I get the impression that is how they roll over there.

When I visited Russia the town we were in had Ladas for police cars, in the big city of Moscow the police rolled in a Benz. Oddly enough, we hit higher speeds being escorted in that tiny town that the Moscow cops did because they were always in bumper to bumper traffic.

I would assume this is the case. Dubai likes to promote itself like this. Unlike here where it's red tape and lawyers, over there they say "Well that sounds cool, let's do it! They are a performance car obsessed culture.

As much as I like burnouts I cringed seeing him mark up the brick pavers. How do you clean that up? Lol

Dad ass concerns :)

As amazing as that little display of talent is...have you ever seen Zack (YLWFVR) on his way to "FREE RIB" night at BAD BRAD's BBQ? I say it's a real close 2nd. :)
