lol i just did it today, so i guess we'll see. i have HIDs so it should help. but i guess just drive smart and don't park anyplace i need to back out of :headscrat

yep, was having high intake temp problems. raised the hood and heat wrapped my air box, dropped them from 142* at idle to 91* (on a 72* day)

haha well the wheels are gold not chrome like most GTPs so that's some of the color. the car is a Gold Edition witch is very rare, Only 25 GTP coupes were built in with this option in 2000 needless to say i don't like them and they will be black this winter.

do you know how dark it was? mine is 50% and didn't seem that bad at all and i was out till 1am driving.

Yup. Those wheels are VERY rare. I would not paint those wheels man, too hard to find. My computer at work doesn't even recognize that option. They are impossible to find.

If you want a spare set of wheels I have TONS of them from 2005 Grand Prixs the same size, same offset etc...
