Good cheap machine shop /engine shop

Do you guys know any decent engine shops that could do any required machine work and install /balance the rotati ng assembly?

I will need to decide if I want to rebuilt my i6 with a turbo or build my high rev'n 5.3l.

Look at Champion performance in Centerline. They did my 4.6L TEKSID block, good work, knowledgeable
