Go-karts or something fun and fast for kids?

I want to get something real for my duaghter (not a powerwheel). Maybe something you can put some winter tires on.
I don't know where to start? or even research.
And it needs to be big enough to fit me in order to teach her how to drive it.

What about something like a smaller engined 4-wheeler?
i hear that neons are great for kids... i mean they cant go that fast and they are small....

just messing with yea, Ryan

I just figured a sit in thing might be easier but am open to options. I like the idea of her being safe in a little roll-cage kart all strapped in but i am sure a little Ski-Doo mini-Z and or 4-wheeler are good options that I will also get her.

I have a 50cc Ninja I will sell ya, it comes with free concussions and broken collar bones - just ask Super Bike Mike!

Well my oldest will be 3 soon. and yes something I can drive would be more fun.
I found some of those caged karts for kids 4-8 but they aren't cheap. If i found a frame I am sure I could build one or something.

Lookin for something simple gas, brake and steering wheel this will be how she learn the first principles of wanting to go faster!!!

Is the skeletal structure of a three year old stout enough to safely operate a motor vehicle?

They have one that is for 3-7 yrs old and goes 8mph but is only a one seater. they have more that age range starting at 4yrs. so i guess they can't be that dangerous. It will also be used under adult supervision if I can call myself an adult!?

Come on dude, it's only $509. That seems like a great deal. Plus its for your little sweetheart - price should not be an issue!

Ps. The house looks killer.

I am working on getting all the grandparents to chip in for X-mas.

PS thanks on the house Dan now get back to work (as you would say)
That looks sweet! Only 700 bucks! 25mph is plenty fast too. A few years ago we got my buddies cart to top out at 23 mph, and it was still fun as shit in parking lots. It did get spanked by a v6 tempo from the hole shot though:peelout:
