So, the side effect of my Grandpa getting older is he has no idea what I am even talking about on his employee discount.

Anyone else work for GM? Would be appreciative if someone else knows how the hell to do this. My brother is trying to buy a new GM Sierra.
 
You have to register an account for your Grandpa on GMfamilyfirst.com , so have him on the phone while you register his info. I had to do this for my Dad years ago when they switched to online only.
 
The difficulty is getting a 93 year old man who doesn't know what day it is without being reminded 5 times to talk to a customer service about resetting. :(
 
Pretty sure you qualify for employee price through your grandfather. Let me verify real quick. If you do, it's probably worth the hassle to get his password reset.

Edit: Grandchildren do qualify for the employee discount. I'm pretty sure the woman who manages the Employee Purchase Programs is on my floor. If you want, I can check with her to see if there's anything she can do, although I probably won't hear from her until after the new year.
