this is for a buddy of mine. here is what he was saying:

"i just need some little teflon rings installed on my new input shaft before i can put my trans back together"
"it might be called a "J tool" for GM input shafts"
"to properly install and clearence some little teflon sealing rings for my new input shaft for my car"

" so i just need, new teflon sealing rings properly installed on a new input shaft for a 4t65e trans "

it'd be much appreciated if anyone could help with this!!!

also, if anybody has a 4t65e trans service manual to borrow for a night... that would be greatly appreciated too... lol, i gotta get my DD back on the road

if you bring the input to my shop in warren I will install them for you....

I don't know if i have any manuals....I may...ill look.

do you know if you carry these rings in stock? thank you.. lol. perhaps i can buy these rings off of you

i know i could ship this thing off to get new rings installed on it for like $10... (its a 600hp hardened input shaft that uses the stock rings and design) but i get this shaft on monday and i plan on rebuilding my tranny on tuesday, so i dont really have time for that (were getting ready to move)

so let me know, where is your shop? if you dont have the rings, let me know, im sure i can probably aquire them

thanks again
