Geothermal heating and cooling unit

I have two units for sale.
1: I just pulled this one out today, it is a very old unit. Works 100%. I have all paper work on parts replaced. They replaced this unit only because of the new tax credits. This is a 1 stage heat and 1 stage cool, 3 ton unit. It has a desuperheater on it to get you free hot water. This was used on his 1800 sq ft home. The homeowner would like $200.00 for it. I will try to get the old valves. This was used as an open loop system. I have it sitting at my house to be picked up.

2: I have a Hydroheat, 4.5 ton mega tech in my house. 2150 sqft. http://www.hydroheat.com/product/megatek.htm
This unit sells for $10,000 retail. I paid less of course. This unit has a on- demand water heater, 3-stages of heating, 2 stages of cooling. I bought this last year and installed it in my house and it runs great. I run it as an open loop. I have never even hooked up the water heater part.
The only reason I will sell this unit is because Carrier wants me to install a new Carrier geothermal system in my home. I would sell this unit for
around $4200.00. Mine is a variable speed blower drive too. They are very easy to install. You would need to run the copper pipes, install two zone valves, a drain pipe, thermostat and a few little things. I can give you a sale slip from my company on the hydroheat so you would get a full 30% BACK!
