Gear Ratio Selection

I currently have a 4.30:1 Rear gear ratio...3105# Car/Driver 28" tall tire, two speed trans, 1.52 sec 60' times, 6.8 sec @ 99.5mph 660'...............is there a formula that would tell me what a 4.56 vs. a 4.11 swap would do for me ?
