A friend of mine built a CNC router and has gotten real good with it. Here are a couple of samples. TTT. Basically any jpeg can be made into a sign. I'm not making anything on these, just helping him out.
 
Do you have a rough idea on cost? Something like this would go great in my Dads barn with fathers day around the corner.

The ones in the pictures, he was selling them to cooworkers for around $45 I believe. Go ahead and shoot him an e-mail and he could better answer the question. His name is Ken.
