The lasers seem to me out of line with each other and it is my only entrance. Any ideas how to get in?

Spent about five minutes on that one and gave of as the hanger would just bend.

No ideal, but they have a lock for the outside to prevent this after you get in lol

I have a serpentine belt tool that I have used for pretty much any other than installing/aligning belts. Not sure how common they are but it could probably get the job done where the hanger bends.

Your garage door lasers need to be sync'd in order for it to open? Thought the purpose was for only closing?

try holding the button, this overrides the safety on some units
