I was thinking of keeping this to use as video editing rig after I throw more ram in it, but I don't have a problem letting it go if someone wants it.
Its a Fujitsu M470-2 Power Workstation. This came from Germany, so there isn't much information about it that I can find besides the spec sheet below.

Intel Xeon E5606
8GB ram (ugradeable to 48GB)
300GB HDD
