I bought these to use on my engine, but was advised to go with a smaller cylinder head, so these are up for sale or trade.
They're fresh from the machine shop, all they need is a final cleaning before assembly. Seats and valves have been ground, been decked, and new guides fitted. One of the heads has been fixed on the deck (not in the chambers or bridge). It was welded, and touched up before decking and it is good to go. These have been ported on both intake and exhaust ports and bowl work with a lot of attention paid to mid-lift flow. Specs are as follows:
-220cc intake ports, 70cc exhaust ports, 65cc combustion chambers.
-2.080” titanium intake valves with .312”/8mm stems. Total valve length is 5.000” and installed height is 1.875”; coil bind at 1.080”.
-1.600” titanium exhaust valves with .343” stems. Total valve length is 5.062” and installed height is 1.870”; coil bind at 1.080”
-1.550” diameter springs on intake and exhaust. They are dual springs with a damper. Retainers are titanium with 8 degree keepers and locks. 150 lbs. seat pressure, and 440 lbs. open at .600” lift.
$1600 cash. Or will work out a partial trade for 205cc Twisted Wedge heads and some cash.
